Bilingualism of V. Nabokov in the studies of the native linguists: the degree of the issue development

The article deals with the phenomenon of the bilingualism of V. Nabokov. There is conducted the analytical review of the works of the linguists underlining the variety of the color lexical units, the occasional words, the similes and a special syntactical drawing of their building in the writer’s works. There is emphasized that in spite of the interference the author succeeded in the adequate translation of his own works into English saving the specific features of the individual style of the original text.
