Bioethics as implementation of philosophical, pedagogical and biomedical concepts

In article philosophical concepts of actual area of knowledge - bioethics - realizing it through the basic social institutes - education and medicine are presented. For the first time positions of bioethics in the ba-sic approaches modernizing education systems and health protection are allocated and described. Possible strategy of development of these systems on the basis of introduction the positions and principles of bio-ethics are designated.
