Биомеханический анализ статики и походки пациентов с пателлофеморальным болевым синдромом

Пателлофеморальный болевой синдром (ПФБС) - это патология в области коленного сустава, которая часто наблюдается у молодых спортсменов и проявляется болью в области колена и периартикулярных тканей при исключении внутрисуставной патологии коленного сустава. В статье представлены результаты биомеханического исследования статики и ходьбы 47 пациентов с ПФБС и 34 здоровых лиц. Выявлены достоверные различия ряда гониометрических показателей у пациентов и у здоровых лиц при ходьбе. Продемонстрировано, что при ПФБС нарушения биомеханики касаются обеих нижних конечностей. Показано, что выраженность биомеханических нарушений при ходьбе может служить предиктором эффективности консервативной терапии ПФБС.
