Blastic plasmacytoid dendritic cell neoplasia is a rare disease originating from plasmacytoid dendritic cells. The data characterizing the process of diagnosis and treatment of a patient observed with an established diagnosis since February 2022 are presented. At the first stage, the treatment was successful. Subsequently, the patient developed neuroleukemia, courses of antitumor chemotherapy were ineffective. Radiation therapy was carried out on the entire volume of the brain. Emphasis is placed on the need to accumulate information about rare hematological pathology. This should lead to the formation of standard approaches to the treatment of a rare disease.
