The paper examines the dilemma of applying a harsh, stressful teaching method in the context of collective project activity. Using the example of preparing and conducting a live broadcast, the arguments for and against this pedagogical strategy are analyzed, and a balanced leadership model is proposed, where the teacher acts as a "rescuer" rather than an observer.
