The article deals with the approaches to the development of the related personal characteristics (motives, values, essences) that are considered as the attributes of the subjective level of the personality. There is substantiated the necessity of the complex usage of the activity, holistic and level approaches. There is emphasized the necessity of the subject-oriented type of the pedagogical process for the development of the remote structures of the man and providing the guarantees of the sustainable development of the society.
