The value-target guidelines of the professional training of the musician teachers

The article deals with the problematics of the training of the specialists of the new creative type. The developed model of the training process of the specialists of the cultural sphere to the professional and creative self-fulfilment solves the tasks of the advance of the levels of the readiness to the professional and creative self-fulfilment at each training stage. The developed special course is directed to the mobilization of the knowledge of the unit of the general professional and special disciplines and the gradual development of the readiness to the personal, professional and professional-creative self-actualization.
