Value orientations of employees of institutions and bodies of the penal enforcement system of the Russian Federation

Educational work with employees of institutions and bodies of the penal enforcement system of the Russian Federation is one of the main tasks of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia. In order to improve the effectiveness of educational work, it is necessary to use new techniques and methods of its implementation aimed at forming value orientations among employees of the penal enforcement system, which will serve as a means of fulfilling the tasks set. This article examines the validity of the use of the system of value orientations by employees of institutions and bodies of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia, in the organization and implementation of educational work.
