Human capital as development factor of petrochemical industry enterprise (using example of Sibur-Himprom JSC)

In the conditions of an innovative economy, the accumulated stock of skills, knowledge and skills of workers contributes to solving modern problems of the innovative vector of enterprises, their successful adaptation to the conditions of an increasing competitive environment. The article defines the efficiency of using human capital. Econometric analysis identifies the relationships between the efficiency of human capital use and the functioning of the enterprise. The main directions of improving the efficiency of using human capital at the enterprise have been determined.
