Behavioural traits stimulating the growth of interpersonal trust in disputes

The article presents the results of a two-stage, randomized, double-blind study identifying which behavioural characteristics of one of the disputants bring along credibility of the other one. The study has found that in human behaviour there are features enhancing the credibility (a list of behavioural characteristics most conducive to the credibility was compiled based on the results of the first stage of the research). These traits can be reproduced, and their demonstration increases the level of confidence in persons who don't know that the other party has been trained to show such traits.
