Sensitive elements of gauges on dispersive delay lines

The new method of sensitive elements of gauges construction on surface acoustic waves on the basis of dispersive delay lines is offered. Results of modeling concerning the membrane of the pressure gauge are resulted. The suboptimum kind of phase change control, providing high sensitivity to substrate deformation is defined.
