Digital sociology in the public space of social well-being of police officers of the russian federation

The relevance of the topic is due to the novelty of scientific problems that arise under the conditions of the use of digital technologies, creating new opportunities for the sociology of management when studying changes and interactions in the public space of the social well-being of employees of the Department of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation. Accordingly, the purpose of this study is to analyze, substantiate and understand the possibilities of digital sociology in the public space of the social well-being of police officers, as a pressing scientific problem for the sociology of management. The objectives of the study are formulated through the development of information reasons for a positive assessment of the professional activities of the police in social networks and blogs. The scientific novelty of the results lies in the study of new priorities and functions of the information space, within which the potential of digital sociology is in demand according to the criteria of social well-being of police officers. The article presents the author's theses on the sociological substantiation of modern models of management and development of information content in the public space of the social well-being of employees of the Department of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation. The research on the topic implements methods of scientific analysis and synthesis, systems approach, abstraction and generalization of characteristics. As well as a comparative analysis of the results obtained with the materials of previously studied scientific works on the topic, based on the legislative acts of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation.
