Digitalization and informatization of the Pension Fund of Russia in working with citizens

The article is devoted to the issues of digitalization and informatization of the Pension Fund system of Russia. The research of the digital concept and the use of domestic software in the formation of electronic services are presented. The main types and forms of services provided to citizens remotely are described. The main problems entailing a slowdown in the development of services for the provision of electronic services are identified. It is worth highlighting an alternative to the electronic services of the Pension Fund - remote provision of services to citizens by multifunctional centers.
