Digitalization as a modern trend of development of management of industrial organizations

The article regards researching the issues related to the transformation of management in industrial organizations under conditions of transition to the Industry 4.0. The changes that occur in the production management system of the organization participating in the processes of digital transformation of economy have been systematized. Distinctive features of digital management compared to traditional management have been identified, and the influence of digitalization of management functions on economic indicators of the organization’s productive activities has been shown. Results of this research can be applied in enterprise management for making managerial decisions focused on implementation of digital technologies in various spheres of administrative activity.
