Data literacy: methodological recommendations for the development of critical thinking in adolescents in the process of media education

The article examines such a vital skill for modern society as critical thinking, as well as the importance of its purposeful development in adolescents, including in the process of media education. In order to develop critical thinking in adolescents in the process of media education, the developed program of the optional course "Basics of creating media content" is proposed.
