Deficiency of parental competencies as the reason of the victimization of children in families

The article deals with the deficiency of the parental competence as the reason of the children's victimization, originating from the cooperation with parents. There is defined that the deficiencies of the parental competence by the means of the mechanisms of the interactive cooperation with the children come to the origin of frustration and deficiencies of functioning. The author considers the complicated structure of the parents' competencies and its display in the direct cooperation with the child.
