Definition of dialectical interrelation of notions of internal beauty and external ugliness on explicit and implicit levels in German and Russian sayings

This article deals with the comparative analysis of German and Russian sayings of different thematic groups of structural and semantic bloc «Internal beauty + external ugliness». They represent dialectical interrelation of notions of beauty and ugliness in both languages. This work gives the data from etymological and explanatory dictionaries to reveal common and distinctive features in the meaning of key words of sayings.
