Activities at the head of inclusion of children with disabilities in educational space of preschool institutions

The article is devoted to the actual topic of preschool education - the organization of inclusive education of children with disabilities in preschool educational organizations. The aim of the article is to describe the activity of the head preschool organization when the children with HIA in the educational space of preschool organization. Solve problems is the fact that in pre-school organizations come a variety of children not only in age, but also with individual special needs, including those with disabilities. In this connection there is need to create individual educational routes and the development of models of inclusion of children with HIA. This approach is associated with modern social concept allows to consider inclusion as a dynamically evolving approach of a positive attitude to diversity of children and in the perception of the individual characteristics, not as a problem but as an opportunity to enrich the learning process. The authors substantiate the thesis that the current situation of education in the most appropriate conditions for carrying out the process of integrating preschool children with HIA can be created in the kindergarten combined type, which provides for the operation of groups of compensating orientation, recruitment, software and methodical and logistical support. The article identified and justified by the tasks that need to be addressed to the head of preschool educational organizations in the organization of inclusive education.
