Activity approach to formation of communicative competences of educational psychologists

In article activity approach to formation of communicative competences of educational psychologists in the course of training is proved in higher education institution. The essence of the concepts “competence” and “competence” reveals. The author’s option of structure of activity consisting of three blocks is presented: incentive, tool and controlling. The conclusion about need of development of the model of formation of communicative competences of educational psychologists representing system educational and the training actions directed to formation of own installations and representations relying on modern values of society is drawn; on acquisition of positive experience of activity in the professional sphere; on development of independence and an adequate self-assessment; responsible behavior and competences sufficient for use of adaptation resources; respect for and to another as persons.
