Демографическая политика как базовое условие эффективного государственного управления

Демография является одной из актуальных российских проблем, от состояния которой зависит поступательное развитие государства. Это обстоятельство является подтверждением актуальности данной публикации, в которой проводится анализ итогов Всероссийской переписи населения 2020 года. Целью исследования является анализ основных структурных характеристик населения: гражданство, городское и сельское население, возрастная структура, брачное состояние и рождение детей, образовательный уровень, участие в рабочей силе, источники средств существования, жилищные условия. Задачей исследования является выявление динамики демографической демографических процессов в современной России. Среди методов социологического исследования авторы использовали контент-анализ материалов Всероссийской переписи населения. В процессе исследования авторами были выявлены основные структурные социально-экономические характеристики населения, в частности, размещение населения, соотношение городского и сельского населения, его возрастная структура, брачное состояние населения и рождение детей, образовательный уровень населения, участие в рабочей силе и занятость, источники средств существования, тип занимаемого жилого помещения. В завершение публикации авторы отмечают, что ими была получена объективная информация о социально-экономических характеристиках населения, являющегося главным богатством российского общества, а представленный в статье аналитический материал является базовым условием для формирования, в первую очередь, на региональном уровне стратегии социально-экономического развития субъектов Российской Федерации, ориентированной на реальное положение дел в демографической структуре населения на ближайшие годы. Demographic policy as a basic condition for effective public administration
Demography is one of the urgent Russian problems, on the state of which the progressive development of the state depends. This circumstance confirms the relevance of this publication, which analyzes the results of the 2020 All-Russian Population Census, the main structural characteristics of the population are considered - citizenship, urban and rural population, age structure, marital status and birth of children, educational level, participation in the labor force, sources of livelihood, housing conditions. The aim of the study is to analyze the main structural characteristics of the population: citizenship, urban and rural population, age structure, marital status and childbirth, educational level, labor force participation, sources of livelihood, housing conditions. The objective of the study is to identify the dynamics of demographic demographic processes in modern Russia. Among the methods of sociological research, the authors used content analysis of the materials of the All-Russian Population Census. In the course of the study, the authors identified the main structural socio-economic characteristics of the population, in particular, the distribution of the population, the ratio of the urban and rural population, its age structure, the marital status of the population and the birth of children, the educational level of the population, labor force participation and employment, sources of livelihood, and the type of dwelling occupied. At the end of the publication, the authors note that they obtained objective information about the socio-economic characteristics of the population, which is the main wealth of Russian society, and the analytical material presented in the article is the basic condition for the formation, first of all, at the regional level, of a strategy for the socio-economic development of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, focused on the real state of affairs in the demographic structure of the population for the coming Years.
