Demonstration exam according to WorldSkills standards as a new form of state final certification for educational programs of secondary vocational education: historiography of the issue

The article is devoted to the study of the historiographical component of the problem of introducing a demonstration exam according to Worldskills standards as a new form of state final certification for educational programs of secondary vocational education. The study conducted by the authors revealed, first of all, the growing interest from various circles in certain issues of improving the practice-oriented learning process, which, of course, is facilitated by the introduction of a demonstration exam. Moreover, this process is taking place not only in educa tional institutions of secondary vocational education, but also in higher education, both in the technical and humanitarian spheres. As the number of educational organizations that have joined the innovation process in the country has expanded, the range of issues raised by the participants of the experiment and research teams has become increasingly diverse. First of all, it is an exchange of experience on the introduction of a new format of the State Final certification - changes concerning the curriculum, programs, teaching methods, control and measuring materials, etc., reflected both in narrowly focused works and complex studies prepared not only by individual authors, but also by large author teams. The studied works revealed the positive significance of the introduction of the demonstration exam according to Worldskills standards, its progressive role in improving the practice-oriented educational process, the degree of mastering practical skills by students, which is very significant at the present stage of economic development of the Russian Federation.
