Deontological aspect in the professional training of police officers

The problem of education was and is relevant at all times. The current socio-political situation requires the teaching staff to pay even more attention to this issue. Issues of the moral development of citizens are fundamental, and in the context of the training of civil servants, they acquire paramount importance. Professional training of police officers is a rather complex and intense process. As part of vocational training under vocational training programs, a young employee must acquire a sufficiently large amount of new knowledge. At the same time, the deontological aspect occupies an important place in the implementation of this process. The training of an employee should be carried out from a value position, with the possibility of realizing proper behavior from the point of view of morality and ethics. The role of the teaching staff in the implementation of this aspect within the framework of the pedagogical process is very high, since it is within the framework of both theoretical and practical classes that an employee can be conveyed information, discuss, analyze behavior and action based on a sense of duty and responsibility, attitude to something or to someone in a certain service or life situation.
