Determination of posttraumatic growth by the meaning work of personality

In psychological literature, more attention is paid to the study of positive consequences of extreme, traumatic events, in contrast to negative interpretation suggesting the development of disorders and diseases because of traumatic experience. This paper presents the results of a study revealing the role of meaning work of personality in determination of posttraumatic growth and development among people who survived the traumatic experience.
