Determinants of the expansion of transnational banking capital in the context of the transformation of the world economy

The lessons of the global financial and economic crisis have created the basis for rethinking certain ideas related to the means of regulating cross-border capital flows, and world practice has been enriched by new experience. The article shows that the transnationalization of the banking sector is the result of the development and concentration of banking capital, the expansion of the mechanism of its functioning at the international level. The author proposes a system of measures for effective interaction with transnational banking capital.
