The paper analyzes the prospects for differential diagnosis of precancerous processes and cervical cancer in women of reproductive age. The possibility of accurate classification of clinically important groups: benign lesions and LSIL (low grade squamous intraepithelial lesion), no less than HSIL (high grade squamous intraepithelial lesion), based on the analysis of mRNA expression of 21 genes by the CellPrep Pap test preservation solution material in 84.44% of cases was shown. Discriminant analysis revealed 5 genes with the greatest influence on the correct classification. The mRNA expression analysis of the genes studied can claim the role of a medical triage test as a stage of the molecular Pap test.
