Причиной стенозов подвздошных вен могут быть экстравазальная компрессия либо последствия илеофеморального тромбоза. Стенозы подвздошных вен встречаются у 1/4 взрослой популяции, но клинические проявления наступают далеко не у всех пациентов. О стенозе подвздошных вен следует думать при неизвестной причине отека нижней конечности, чаще левой, т.к. ультразвуковое дуплексное сканирование вен нижних конечностей недостаточно чувствительно и специфично при исследовании вен выше паховой связки. Наиболее точным методом диагностики является внутрисосудистое ультразвуковое исследование, однако появление компьютерной томографической и магнитно-резонансной ангиографии с высококачественным изображением стало достойной ему заменой. Главным методом лечения стенозов подвздошных вен помимо стентирования является обязательная лекарственная (антитромботическая и флеботонизирующая) терапия. В статье описаны методы диагностики и лечения стенозов подвздошных вен.
