In this article we considered the relevance of religious knowledge and the need for a professional competence of students-the future specialists in public relations. Reviewed the criteria and indicators of organization professional competence, described the methodology and results of the pedagogical experiment evaluating the effectiveness of the author's technology formation professional competence among students who study in the PR.
