Evaluation and development of research abilities: procedural modeling of education process

The designed process-processing model of research abilities evaluation and development is intended for post-graduates and young lecturers education. It puts them in the way of disserting during the scientific training course at the medical university. We distinguish four closely related procedures: the educational contents, the awareness-raising, education management, the methodic facilities. To reveal the peculiarities of each procedure the mechanism of its functioning, which is of cyclic nature, is demonstrated. The process is achieving results oriented, which enable students to acquire the methods of scientific activity and to develop research abilities to achieve the aim; to write a thesis which results in obtaining a scientific degree and a scientific qualification of the Candidate of Science.
