Diagnosis and therapy of non-Hodgkin's lymphomas (lecture). Part 2

In the second part of the lecture are detailed the indications for initiation of antitumor therapy in selected forms of lymphoproliferative neoplasms. Different options of programmed treatment of patients with diffuse B-cell large cell lymphoma, mantle cell lymphoma, follicular lymphoma, including immunochemotherapy, high-dose therapy with autologous hematopoietic stem cell transplantation, targeting drugs, and radiation therapy are presented in detail. Methods for evaluating the effectiveness of antitumor therapy are outlined. The lecture will be of interest to hematologists, oncologists, therapists, pediatricians, advanced training, clinical residents in these specialties, as well as students of medical universities.
