Objective: to improve the diagnosis of idiopathic infertility using dynamic orchisintigraphy. Materials and methods. We examined 86 men with idiopathic infertility. All patients: Analysis of the hormonal profile, double semen study, ultrasonography of prostate and scrotal organs was performed. The radioisotope study - dynamic orchiscintigraphy was carried out to find the additional causes of the impaired spermatogenesis. Results. The dynamic orchiscintigraphy showed intratesticular disorders in 96,4% of patients: the impaired venous drainage (39,5%), disorders of blood flow (20,9%), the decrease of functioning testicular tissue (36%). A better understanding of the pathogenesis of pathospermia facilitated selection of the optimal therapy for the male infertility, improving spermogram by 25-30%. Conclusions. Idiopathic infertility requires a comprehensive, advanced diagnostics involving the dynamic orchiscintigraphy.
