The researches connected with the analysis of educational process, education of the personality of the musician-performer and his culture are analyzed. As the most important components for the diagnosis, the variants of control over the development of educational programs, the correspondence of knowledge, skills, possession of the musician, evaluation indicators, the actual data of the musical and performing process and its Gnostic qualities, the prospects for inclusion in the monitoring process of the musician-performer are studied. Specific indicators for the study, diagnosis and forecasting of the educational process and learning outcomes as a basis for making pedagogical decisions. The possibilities of the research component of the implementation of Federal educational standards are presented.
