Didactic aspects of the formation of functional literacy of primary school students

The evolution of the national educational system underscores the critical importance of enhancing functional literacy among students, particularly at the primary school level. Concurrently, a paucity of effective methodologies for ensuring its development is observed. Consequently, it appears pertinent to examine a model that facilitates the formation of functional literacy in primary school students through the utilization of digital educational resources (DERs). The integration of DERs into the instructional process significantly augments its efficacy and unlocks novel avenues for the more comprehensive cultivation of practical skills. The aim of this article is to substantiate and delineate such a model, premised on innovative pedagogical approaches, wherein DERs function as pivotal learning tools. It is assumed that using this model in primary schools, the level of functional literacy of students will become significantly higher. This article will be useful for teachers working in educational organizations on primary general education programs.
