The purpose of adult education - development of an integral functionality of a person - presupposes well-defined rules of educational process structure. The author defines them as the didactic principles. They include evolution and functional type of pedagogic interaction, banning of nonfunctional behavior of a student, working with consciousness restriction, buttress on an inner readiness of a student, liberation from stereotypes, spread of new instruments, new behavioral models, and autonomy check. The author also explains the psychological mechanism of two «traps» for lecturers who do not follow these principles - «traps of humanism» and «traps of a present».
