Nowadays every manager should have a good command of English but it is not the only skill one might need to initiate and develop business contacts. Employers value intrinsic personal qualities more than basic technical skills. Lecturing methods do not help to develop all those skills and abilities. Students being trained via dynamic teaching are supposed to be more adaptable in the labour market. The use of multimedia and the system of imitation-activity games helps to intensify the learning process.
