Dynamics of adaptive potential of female cadets in physical culture and sports activity in law school

The peculiarities of organization of physical training of female cadets in the process of training in a law school are exposed in the article. The aim of the study is to define the character of changes in the work of cardio-vascular system of organism when introducing Crossfit and Body&Mind programs to accumulate and implement the adaptive potential of female cadets in the process of education at a law school. Results. Introduction of programs Crossfit and Body&Mind in physical training of female cadets contribute to the effective accumulation and realization of adaptive potential, because take into account features of the service activities, as well as the socio-psychological situation of the law school, in which there are female cadets. To confirm that female cadets have sufficient adaptive potential by the fourth year, testing in 1000 m running with the inclusion of a task on operational thinking before running and after running with simultaneous counting of heart rate and determination of situational anxiety before and after running was conducted. The study revealed economization in the work of the cardiovascular system, reduction of mental energy expenditure, improvement of operational thinking of female cadets by the end of the academic year compared with the initial level. The data obtained allow us to conclude that physical activity is an effective regulator of the cardiovascular system, simultaneously inhibiting the state of reactive anxiety of the subjects.
