The dynamics of ego-states during coaching sessions

This article analyses the ego-state dynamics of a person at different stages of the coaching session. Such a coaching model as GROW is considered. Based on the empirical research results the authors make conclusions about the significance of the "Adult" ego-state after the coaching session and the highest expression of the "Child" ego-state at the stage of search for capabilities.
