Dynamics of indicators of maladaptation of students in psychological literacy courses

The relevance of the article is due to the necessity of studying changes in the manifestations of maladaptation as a result of training in psychological literacy courses. The purpose of the study is to present data on changes in the manifestations of anxiety, insomnia and dissociation, as manifestations of maladaptation, as a result of training in psychological literacy courses, which include information, reflexive and training components aimed at improving the understanding of psychological patterns, training basic skills of self-observation, self-regulation and reflection. The hypothesis is being tested on the ground of that as a result of training in psychological literacy courses, students change the severity of such manifestations of maladaptation as anxiety, dissociation and insomnia. To confirm the presence of changes the statistical analysis was used based on the assessment of the reliability of differences in the severity of indicators before and after training. The results of the study suggest that after training in psychological literacy courses, students have shown a decrease in such manifestations of maladaptation as anxiety and insomnia. The conducted research complements and expands the existing knowledge about the directions of psychological support of the individual and the possibilities of optimizing the psychological state.
