Dynamics of macronutrient composition indicators and diet energy intake during a week

During research the studying of macronutrient composition and diet energy intake of respondents within 21 days was carried out. 67 women aged from 32 till 52 years took part in research. The qualitative and quantitative analysis of a diet was carried out by means of consideration of food diaries. Individual fluctuations of macronutrient composition and diet energy intake during a work week and the days off were studied, the comparative analysis was carried out them. As a result of research data that individual fluctuations on consumption of these or those macronutrients can reach 35% day by day were obtained, and caloric content of daily diet of the days off exceeds that week for 22,5% and mainly at the expense of increase in a diet of fats.
