The purpose of the study: to identify the dynamics of stress tolerance indicators among secondary medical personnel based on the results of the advanced training program “Polite Nurse”, implemented at the Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Education “Saratov State Medical University named after V.I. Razumovsky” of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation. The study involved 1,940 nurses between the ages of 24 and 71. The level of stress tolerance was assessed using the “Inventory of stress symptoms” method (V.A. Ivanchenko) before and after mastering the program. At the initial stage, the stress levels of the respondents were revealed. The study included groups with moderate, elevated, and high stress levels. The change in stress levels after completing the training was determined.
