Dynamic development of students competence for pedagogical diagnosing as an integral characteristic of the education quality

Pedagogical diagnosing is viewed as a component of a pedagogue’s professional competence and as such — as an indispensable skill to be developed during university education. The author presents an innovative system of the diagnosing process along with the criteria of the skills monitoring.
