The dynamics of gender structure in the labour market in the Republic of Mordovia

On the basis of statistical and sociological data problems of gender inequality in the labour market in the Republic of Mordovia are analysed. The position of men and women are estimated on the basis of such indices as employment, unemployment, salary is estimated. Mechanisms for constructing and reproduction of gender structure in the labour and employment market are considered.
