The dynamics of the level of IL-8, GM-KSF and the estimation of the oxygen-dependent mechanisms of neutrophil and monocyte bactericidal action in NBTS-testing patients with degenerative diseases (DD) before and after endoprosthetic surgery of the hips
Free access
The article deals with analyzing the cytokine concentration of proinflammatory IL-8 and regulatory GM-KSF actions, as well as estimating the oxygen-dependent mechanisms of neutrophil and monocyte bactericidal action in the process of NBTS-testing patients with the hip degenerative diseases before endoprosthetic surgery and three times - after it (on 1, 5, 14 day). Cytokine dysbalance has been revealed to be an important mechanism in the disease pathogenesis. The postoperative period during the hip endoprosthetics is accompanied by marked dysbalance of IL-8, GM-KSF and disorder of the mechanisms of neutrophil and monocyte bactericidal action.
