The article deals with the substantiation of the necessity of the diversification of the modes of study and education. There is generalized the experience of designing the educational integrated offline and online events by future teachers in the extracurricular activities during the interaction of the team of teachers and students. The authors prove the idea of the necessity of the collaboration of teachers and students and the formation of the developing environment in the university as the source of the pedagogical experience and professional events.
