The proof of efficiency of craudfanding application in client-oriented business models

Modern consumers are increasingly willing to cooperate with manufacturing companies to increase the consumer value of new products. For this, it becomes necessary to use such marketing systems that would ensure long-term and mutually beneficial relations with various clients. Different client-oriented business models are used for that purpose. CRM-systems, as a part of those models, are widely used in companies marketing activity. In the article some elements of modern Internet marketing, which are used in client-oriented business models, are analyzed. In order to meet the current level of customers activity it''s suggested to use such marketing tool known as crowdfunding. The method of assessing the marketing efficiency on crowdfunding-sites is also stated in the article.
