Documentary maintenance of the website in the university's PR activities (using the example of the VolSU website)

This article analyzes the completeness and composition of documents, implementing the university’s PR activities, in the organization of the site documentation support on the example of the Volgograd State University website (www.volsu.ru), considers the positive and negative aspects of the documentation of the university site, recommendations are made on improving its maintenance and content in the context of the public relations function implementation.
