Supplementary vocational education in a scientific organization: special aspects and perspectives

Developing competition and high innovative activity in the market of educational services enable the consumer to make a choice in favor of those educational structures that not only have modern educational technologies, but can also provide, along with an individual attention to each trainee, a high level of the educational process's orientation to the implementation of supplementary vocational education programs. In this context, the priority issue of supplementary vocational education is the development of a systemic approach to the formation and implementation of educational programs. Supplementary vocational education receives the least attention from Russian researchers. As a rule, researchers consider the place and significance of supplementary vocational education in the formation of Russian human capital assets.
