Continuing professional education for adults: principles and peculiarities

Principles and peculiarities of adults' continuing professional education are shown in the article. The authors describe the realization of these principles during the trainings, as the part of the program «Economic development of settlements: analysis and planning» of staff development for municipal employees in Samara region.
