Dual education at the university of arts and culture: from theory to practice

The article deals with the issue of training for the sphere of culture and arts on the basis of dual training, reflects some of its advantages and features. Differences of models of the Russian and German professional education for today are allocated. It is noted that since 2013 the Belgorod state Institute of arts and culture has made the transition to dual training, developed a regional model of dual training of students, revised curricula in accordance with the Federal State Educational Standards. Experimental training showed that students in the learning process acquire the necessary knowledge and skills of practical work in the studied specialty. University graduates who have received in depth practical training in the dual form of education are more in demand in the labor market. This work also reflects the actual problem of education of highly qualified and competitive specialists.
