Tanninscontentin Bupleurum scorzoneriflium Willd. herba of Buryat and Mongolian flora

The work presents data on the study of tannins of the aerial part of B. Scorzonerifolium flora of Buryatia and Mongolia. Qualitative reaction with ferric ammonium sulfates demonstrated the presence of tannins of the condensed nature in B. scorzonerifloium. Quantitative determination of tannins in the aerial portion of B. scorzonerifolium of Buryat and Mongolian flora has been carried out with the method of redox titration. It has been revealed that the content is from 2.78 to 4.62%. Analysis of the data shows that the difference in the content of tannins is probably due to the climatic features of the places where the samples grow.
