The article analyzes the spiritual and moral principles and priorities enshrined in the Russian constitutions of the Soviet and post-Soviet periods of history. The amendments made to the current Constitution of Russia in 2022 regarding the ideological and educational impact are considered. The conclusion is made about the role of the Constitution as a means of realizing value priorities in society and the state.
